Well Heart Yoga Teacher training in picturesque, Cornish Village is located in the southwest corner of Maine, less than 10 Miles from the New Hampshire border and 40miles from the ocean (Portland). Nestled amongst quaint gift shops and fine restaurants, the studio is in the heart of the antiques district. The building itself, has much history as one of the original settlement structures. A former dance hall, this large studio invites neighbors from near and far to gather together and practice wellness and movement through Yoga and meditation.
